I guess what I'm saying is that yes, it is a headache, which is why we have friends to hold our hands and bring us ice cream. It's a headache, but it is infinitely worth it. (Someone that is actually capable of taking pretty good pictures?) I've always liked "real" photos as opposed to the "posed" photos. This can be as much or as little as you want. It's your wedding. If you don't want food, just get cake. Or you don't even have to have a reception--if you don't want to deal with all that stuff. I know a lot of people have their opinions, but you are right, none of it will matter the day after. You were at our wedding--it was small and puny. But we had people there that we loved and it really was special. And ten years later, we had a vow renewal ceremony and did just what we wanted to do. Just remember that you can do whatever you want. I lost weight even when I'm not dieting while planning for ours. But, hang in there, you'll miss all the wedding preparations -- including the headaches-- once the wedding is over :) You can do it! One for each of her children to have for their future children's christening. They turned out really well (I was so nervous about cutting that dress up!) And her first grandson already wore his! Just an idea. Oh, and try to calm down. You are right. Not one thing you are stressing about will matter later on. Try, try to calm down and enjoy this time. I'm sure the wedding will be beautiful, and everyone will have a wonderful time. Please, please post pictures of the event!!!!!
