“The Queen”

is an excellent movie.
In fact, (and here’s where you should watch carefully for me to eat my words) it would make for an even better character study.
I found it fascinating.
Only because it is.
Now go rent it and enjoy and give me all the credit.

Phone Conversation

Last night my phone rings.
Me: “Hey…”
Boy: “I think we need to break up.”
Me: “Yeah?  Why?”
Boy: “Lifetime movies?”
Me: “There is nothing wrong with Lifetime movies.”

 He recently got a job in Duluth.  Moved in about a week ago.  Started his job on Monday.
 We are now only 100 stinkin’ miles away from each other.  It sort of rocks.

I often times wish that I could write like a “real” writer.  They phrase things so eloquently, they have such deep thoughts, they write what they feel and it shines through beautifully.
